为进一步加强对进出境及境内承运海关监管货物的水运和空运运输工具的实际监管，便利运输工具及其所载货物、物品进出境，根据《中华人民共和国海关法》和《中华人民共和国海关进出境运输工具监管办法》的规定，决定增加和调整进出境及境内承运海关监管货物的水运和空运运输工具的申报电子数据格式，包括《水运运输工具备案数据项》（见附件1）、《水运运输工具进港预报动态数据项》（见附件2）、《水运运输工具进港确报动态数据项》（见附件3）、《水运运输工具抵港动态数据项》（见附件4）、《水运运输工具移泊动态数据项》（见附件5）、《水运运输工具离港预报动态数据项》（见附件6）、《水运运输工具离港确报动态数据项》（见附件7）、《水运运输工具单证申报数据项》（见附件8）、《水运运输工具供退物料申报数据项》（见附件9）、《水运运输工具删改申请数据项》（见附件10）、《空运运输工具备案数据项》（见附件11）、《空运运输工具进港预报动态数据项》（见附件12）、《空运运输工具进港确报动态数据项》（见附件13）、《空运运输工具在港动态数据项》（见附件14）、《空运运输工具离港预报动态数据项》（见附件15）、《空运运输工具离港确报动态数据项》（见附件16）、《空运运输工具进境航班取消数据项》（见附件17）、《空运运输工具离境航班取消数据项》（见附件18）、《空运运输工具单证申报数据项》（见附件19）和《空运运输工具搭载海关监管货物申报数据项》（见附件20），现予以公告。
本公告自2014年2月1日起执行。海关总署公告2008年第80号同时废止。
